Improvements in Vicon Shogun 1.12

For descriptions of the main improvements in this release of Shogun, see the following topics.

Shogun Live 1.12 improvements

Shogun Live 1.12 introduces several updates to the installation process and also the solving skeletons during calibration. For more information, see Addressed issues in Vicon Shogun 1.12.

Installer checks added to ensure an optimal setup for AMD CPU

When you install Shogun Live, your CPU is now checked to ensure your system is optimally set. If your CPU is AMD and the environment variable is unset, a warning icon is displayed at the top of the software. Hover over the warning icon to display a message explaining the issue. This improvement has also been added to Shogun Post.

Subject booting improvements for solving skeletons

Prior to Shogun 1.12, some skeleton poses occasionally broke during the Live Subject Calibration. These skeleton "breaks" appeared on frames where the subject was rebooted. With this release, the Live Subject Calibration has been improved so the subject reboots properly every time the calibration of the subject is updated.

Shogun Post 1.12 improvements
