Addressed issues for Tracker 4.1

Tracker 4.1 addresses the following issues:

• When you set the origin, the calibration now retains the correct orientation.
• When you export data via the API, the dataset is now complete.
• When you install Tracker API services, Chinese characters are supported.
• When you have more than 10 device components plotted, it sorts them correctly in numerical order
