Addressed issues in Vicon Shogun 1.10

Vicon Shogun 1.10 resolves a number of issues, including the selection listed here.

Issues addressed in Shogun Live 1.10

  • When you restore the Shogun Live window to its default layout, the panels and windows now return to a sensible width.
  • If you click the capture folder icon in the Capture panel, the File Explorer window now opens as expected.
  • When you load an object into the Tracking panel, go to the Properties tab, display advanced properties and click Manage, the Object Presets dialog box now opens as expected.
  • At the bottom of the Preferences dialog box, when you delete an Alias, the entry is now removed as expected.
  • If you link a prop to a camera, select Activate Video Calibration, and then move the linked prop, the position of the linked prop is now updated.
  • Shogun Live API sample scripts no longer ignore error return codes. If a script fails, a relevant error message is displayed.
  • When you configure hot keys, clicking Save or Load now opens the relevant window.
  • The Control app window no longer displays overlapping text.
  • Shōgun backend parameters warning no longer appears and affects standard parameters.

Issues addressed in Shogun Post 1.10

  • The following issues have been resolved for the ImportStretchSenseFBXFiles HSL script.
    • If you are working with multiple subjects, the fingers for each subject load correctly.
    • The script runs as expected if a prop is present in the scene.
    • The script runs as expected if a retargeting skeleton is present (and the retargeting skeleton has a bone named hand_l or hand_r).
  • The following issues have been resolved for the playblast HSL script.
    • If the script has the wrong syntax or is written incorrectly, an appropriate error message is returned.
    • If you cancel script processing Shogun Post no longer stops responding.
  • Labeling swaps on fingers have been resolved and the data maintains good trajectories and labels well.
  • If Solve Motion is selected in the AS Calibrate (advanced) settings, and if you then re-pose arms or legs, Solve Motion is not run.
  • When you use an HSL script to switch the camera view, the name of the camera can now be a mix of cases.
  • VSR skin color exporting issues have been fixed and the skins retain their color between Shogun Post and Live.
  • When you use the saveFile HLS command and provide a file format (for example, saveFile -e fbx), the file is exported with the given file format.
  • XCP files exported from Live and then imported into Post now load the correct camera systems.
